What are the responsibilities and job description for the Research Manager (Dallas) - Commercial Real Estate position at NorthMarq Capital?
Position Responsibilities
- Serve as a experienced researcher for commercial real estate brokerage / Investment Sales teams across dozens of local offices.
- Produce quarterly market reports and fulfill broker research requests.
- Coordinate production and distribution of research reports from analyst team to the end user. Serve as the primary content editor for draft reports.
- Assist in onboarding, training, and ongoing mentorship of research analysts.
- Partner with the Research Director to enhance operational efficiency and streamline research processes.
- Create research content to support pursuit of new business development.
