- Prepare meeting minutes and facilitate on/off boarding for communities
- Support due diligence processes and maintain communication with apartment associations
- Organize travel and site visits while conducting data entry for reports and agreements
- Assist in employee events, training sessions, and general administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate files and ensure accessibility of records
- Manage calendars, travel arrangements, scheduling conflicts, and track and file invoices for payment
- Perform front-end lease administration, document management, and support reporting tasks
- Track and report on absorption, weekly scorecard, operations compliance, monthly owners reporting packaging, and service agreements
- Monitor market activity and proposal data in Salesforce
- Help with regular reporting and communication with brokerage teams
- Assist in contract execution and management of various responsibilities
Who You Are
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the apartment industry
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Energetic, resourceful and hands-on individual with a strong customer service orientation
- Entrata and Yardi experience is a plus, but not required
- NAA/Blue Moon lease agreement knowledge is a plus, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Chrome, and Window operating systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate effectively
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
- Able to work Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Salary : $2,000
