Vice President Human Resources – Atlanta, GA

We have an immediate need in the Atlanta, GA area for a VP of Human Resource.

Responsibilities :

  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Organizational departmental planning
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Organization development
  • Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees
  • Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
  • Policy development and documentation
  • Employee relations
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Employee Safety
  • Assist with accounting functions as needed

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources preferred
  • 10 years of Human Resource experience
  • Experience in the retail sector.
  • Exceptional written / verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage HR Generalists
  • Strategic experience
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
  • Experience with union and non-union employess

    • Salary : $100k- $130k with excellent benefits.
