Hierarchical Model:
Monday-Thursday: On-site work, Friday: Remote work.
Possible temporary to permanent position.
The Coordinator will be responsible for executing logistics for on-site and virtual medical education events, ensuring timely and within-budget commitments. Additionally, Coordinators are responsible for:
- Maintaining consistent communication with sales representatives, faculty, and internal staff throughout the meeting planning process.
- Performing complex tasks.
- Exercising a high degree of creativity and autonomy.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordination of on-site and virtual meetings.
- Daily phone and email support, including communication with sales representatives and faculty.
- Running various reports to manage workload efficiently.
- For on-site meetings, the individual will partner with other supplier partners to ensure on-site needs are met.
- Setting up virtual credit cards for dinner meetings.
- Communication with clients and faculty.
- Reviewing documents for accuracy and ensuring compliance requirements are met.
- Ensuring all meeting materials are complete, accurate, and delivered to the necessary recipients in a timely manner and meeting SLAs.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure successful meeting execution.
- Providing assistance to the sales force with troubleshooting issues and answering questions.
- Managing a highly active after-hours duty officer support line.
- Post-program follow-up to ensure the team has the necessary data for proper program closure.
- Adherence to various policies (i.e., Confidentiality, sensitive communication, intellectual property).

Desired Education/Skills Experience:
- High School or equivalent.
- College Degree preferred.
- 5 years' experience in the field or related area.
