Seasonal Customer Service Team Member

We’re looking to add an individual with a positive and helpful attitude to our customer support team. The ideal candidate will have experience working in customer service, performing administrative tasks, communicating information clearly and accurately and providing support to managers. Because of the collaborative nature of this role, the candidate should also have superior written and verbal communication skills. We’re seeking a focused professional who can operate in a fast-paced environment and provide high-quality service. This position will be full time approximately March 1 - November 15th each year.
Responsibilities and Objectives of this role
- Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responses.
- Educate clients about the company’s products, services and offers.
- Answer multiline phone system and direct callers to appropriate departments
- Take complete and accurate messages
- Enter customer information into our system for work orders and billing
- Accurately gather and document customer scheduling data via phone and email
- Verifying accuracy of data entry by comparing it to source documents
- Follow direction and procedures established by our company
- Scan and print files when requested
- Contact customers when needed to verify information

- Ability to problem solve and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced office
- Exceptional organization & prioritization skills
- Accurate and efficient typing ability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and online forms
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
- Strong work ethic and commitment to high standards of accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Multi-line Phone Experience
- Clerical Experience
- Software proficiency – MS Excel and/or Google Sheets
Compensation
- $18-24 hour
