Position Highlights

• Position: RN -Operating Room
• Location: Glenbrook Hospital
• Full Time/Part Time: FT, 40hrs/week
• Hours: 7a-3:30p
• Required Travel: Potential float to other sites. Cross-train CVI
• Hourly Pay Range: $34.68 - $55.15. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $36.00 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks.
  
  

What You Will Need

• License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the State of IL required
• Education: BSN degree preferred
• Certification: BLS/CPR certification for the Healthcare Provider required
• Experience: Operating Room experience preferred
• Skills: N/A
  
  

What You Will Do

• Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patient populations and families
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
