Role Description
This is a full-time onsite role for a Receptionist / Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience. This individual will manage front desk operations, coordinate office activities, and provide administrative support to advisors and staff.
The role will be responsible for :
Reception & Client Service :
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and transfer phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Manage appointment scheduling and client reminders.
