AAM - Rental Fleet Manager/Service BDC Representative

Northway Toyota, a part of the Albany Auto Group, is seeking a Rental Fleet Manager/Service BDC Representative. You will manage our rental fleet by tracking rental vehicles, preparing vehicles ensuring they are clean and ready for the customer to use. Ensure rental contracts are completed with the customer and gather the required documentation from customer. Follow company policy on retiring rentals and substituting with new vehicles, ensuring new vehicles are appropriately outfitted for rental (license plates, registration, video camera). Assist Service Department with setting service appointments from incoming calls and reaching out to customers to initiate service appointments.

You should possess a High School diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of relevant experience, preferably in an auto dealership. You should also possess excellent customer service with good attention to detail as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable
