DESCRIPTION
For this secretary position, you will perform secretarial and clerical tasks such as answering phones, sorting through incoming and outgoing mail, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, coordinating the purchasing process, maintaining an inventory of required supplies, monitoring office-related equipment, etc. This position will be discussed in more depth during the interview.
Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma/GED (or transcripts) from a state-accredited school/source.
- 1-3 years of experience is required.
- A current/valid non-expired driver's license. If the position requires driving, you must be a minimum age of 21, and have an insurable driving record.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual should have basic knowledge and use of computer software and programs, such as Word processing, Excel, and Outlook, and type 40 wpm.
Starting Salary: $ Salary will be discussed at interview
Schedule:
Monday: 8a-6p
Tuesday: 8a-5p
Wednesday: 8a-6p
Thursday: 8a-5p
Friday: 8a-12p
