Job Summary
Seeking a motivated individual for our Administration. The Assistant to the OCEO is responsible for performing any duties and tasks that will increase the productivity of our College. Additionally, the assistant provides executive support by reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. Organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and community-oriented.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Completes a wide variety of administrative tasks for the Office of the CEO, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments
- Transcribing meeting minutes and agenda generation
- Project coordination
- Report generation
- SOP generation
- Plans, coordinates, and ensures the Office of the CEO's schedule is followed and respected. Provides "gatekeeper" and "gateway" roles, creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the Office of the CEO and internal departments, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Other duties as assigned by the Office of the CEO.
