What are the responsibilities and job description for the Program Manager position at Northwest Family Services?
This position is responsible for the oversight and management of the SUD treatment program in Clackamas and Multnomah Counties.
What you’ll do:
· Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of contracts/grants supporting SUD and prevention in Clackamas and East Multnomah County.
· Provide leadership, coaching and supervision for direct and in-direct reports.
· Responsible for the management, administration, and reports associated with the program grants. Assist with the Strategic Prevention Framework project implementation.
· Serve as NWFS liaison for community partners supporting grants and contracts.
· Write grants for new and existing programs.
· Provide oversight of program management activities such as clinical work, clinical supervision, partnerships, public relations, and coalition development.
· Design and implement new projects as well as support expansion and improvement of existing programs.
· Create, maintain and expand partnerships with community partners in Multnomah and Clackamas Counties.
· Regular attendance is required.
· Other duties as required
Who you are:
· Bachelor’s degree in related field.
· Oregon Certified Alcohol Drug Counselor II or III.
· Minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
· Demonstrated ability to write grants.
· Training and experience related to clinical supervision, counseling/treatment principles for individual, family and group counseling; adolescent development; family systems theory, and treatment/intervention.

Pay: $5,900.00 - $6,200.00 per month
