The Coordinator, First Year Experience is directly accountable to the Associate Director, Admissions Navigation for the below listed Oversee Raider Ready New Student Orientation.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive First Year Experience program for all first-time college students.
- Develop First Year Experience Webpage: Create and maintain a dedicated webpage for First Year Experience resources, including testimonials, tips, and information about programs and services available to students.
- Create Digital Resources for first year in college students: video to introduce students to available resources and support systems.
- Promote access to campus resources such as Bridgeway, ZLC, ARC, and Raider Life, through targeted events and communication strategies.
- Implement a targeted communication plan utilizing both Recruit and Advise CRM's to keep first-year students informed and engaged throughout their first year in college.
- Design and organize on-campus and virtual events that support new student engagement and involvement.
- As a part of the College's risk management tool annual mandatory compliance training is required
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree plus four (4) to six (6) yeas relevant work experience.
- Experience in higher education, student support, or program coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to connect with all student populations.
- Familiarity with first-year experience programs and student success initiatives.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work some nights and weekends as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
