Role Description
As the clinical Services Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations of the Benzonia Clinic. Overseeing day to day operations and staffing for all three service lines, Primary Medical Care, General Dentistry and Behavioral Health. Northwest Michigan Health Services, Inc. is a federally qualified health center that serves under and uninsured patients in northwest Michigan. Our Benzonia clinic follows an integrated healthcare model offering medical, dental, behavioral health, and enabling services to our patients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or 2-5 years supervisory experience in a similar healthcare field.
- Ability to work calmly in a high-pressure situation, maintain focus in an environment of constantly changing priorities and function effectively as part of a management team.
- Ability to work as part of a team, maintaining a positive , professional attitude, demonstrating desire for professional growth and development.
- Demonstrates skills in critical thinking, problem solving and prioritizing.
- Demonstrates good communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Ability to use work-related computer software accurately and effectively.
- Dedication and concern for the working poor, medically at-risk and populations with special needs.
