What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Assistant/Receptionist position at Northwest Registered Agent?
Law on Call is hiring a Legal Office Coordinator!
As the first point of contact for our firm—in person and over the phone—you’ll play a key role in shaping the client experience. This position blends front-desk reception duties with administrative support for our attorneys.
You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, warmth, and empathy, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. You'll also greet office visitors and help create a welcoming environment.
Behind the scenes, you’ll support attorneys by scheduling meetings, mailing documents, managing correspondence, and coordinating daily front-office operations to keep things running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys variety in their day, and takes pride in being a friendly, reliable presence at the heart of the team.
Did we mention we’re not your typical legal team? Our organization combines professional excellence with a relaxed, collaborative, and fun work environment. While we take our work seriously, we believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels comfortable being themselves and contributing their unique talents. No need to dress up to work here. Chill out and help the clients.
