- Previous experience in implementing, and strong knowledge of, Lean and Six Sigma business systems. Six sigma black belt certification preferred.
- Demonstrated passion for safety, customer centricity and operational excellence
- Excellent understanding of the interaction between operational excellence and customer service

- Strong track record in project or program management
- Experience of working in a multi-site and multi-cultural environment

As the Operational Excellence Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and excellence in all aspects of our client's medical device operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality control processes, monitor performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards
Develop and maintain quality documentation and procedures
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of materials and components
Train and educate employees on quality standards and procedures
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance
Investigate and resolve any quality issues or customer complaints
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering or quality management
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the medical device industry
Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations, such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations
Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control processes
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
