The Information Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Information Technology (IT) at Northwestern Community Services Board. This position ensures the strategic and operational management of IT systems, services, and resources to support efficient operations, compliance with regulations, and enhanced client care. The IT Manager leads the IT Department, managing resources, and aligning technology initiatives with the Agency’s mission, strategic plan and industry standards for security and operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, information systems, or equivalent.
- At least five (5) years of experience in technology and data management
- A mix of education and experience that shows the necessary skills and knowledge for a senior leadership role in a medium to large behavioral health organization
- Experience in a public behavioral health, private provider, or managed care organization or working in a community services board’s complex regulatory environment
- An appreciation for and support of diversity in all its forms, and a demonstrated ability to interact with or serve individuals with diverse backgrounds, including clients, coworkers, and members of the community.
- An eagerness to invest in one’s community through service.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License, good driving record and the ability to provide own transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
For this position, the most competitive candidates will possess:
- At least three years of supervisory experience
- Master’s degree in information technology management or a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a focus in information technology
- Certified Information Security Manager, Certified Information Systems Security Professional, or equivalent
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate
- At least eight (8) years of progressive IT leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or behavioral health setting
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to complete physical requirements of the job
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times
SALARY: Starting at $81,362.00
