Position: Pickleball Professional
Northwood Racquet & Fitness Club – Easton, PA
We’re growing our team and looking for a passionate, energetic Pickleball Pro to help lead our pickleball community! If you love teaching, creating fun group experiences, and building relationships on and off the court—this is the perfect role for you.
What You’ll Do
- Teach private lessons and group clinics using student-centered, rally-based teaching.
- Lead and coordinate leagues, round robins, and mixers.
- Build lasting relationships with members and grow your lesson book.
- Contribute to a top-tier on-court experience and help us build a vibrant, inclusive pickleball community.
- Ensure courts are clean and welcoming, and that all programs run smoothly.
- Partner with the front desk and events team to promote programming and member engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, outgoing personality and strong communication skills.
- Solid playing ability and deep understanding of pickleball technique and tactics.
- Organized and reliable with a positive, professional attitude.
- Comfortable teaching all age groups and skill levels.
- Available to teach 20–30 hours per week across private and group settings.
- Excited to be part of a growing team in a club that’s creating something special.
Requirements
- Prior pickleball teaching or coaching experience required.
- Must complete IPTPA or PPR certification within 6 months.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active on court for extended periods.
Compensation: Competitive hourly rates commission event pay
