- Current State Licenure and / or Certificaion / Registry, as required
- Experience with management and administration of all aspects of rehabiltiatn services as well as for maintaining a clinical caseload.
- Experience with working with finance personnel in reconsilling billing to ensure accuracy.
- Assures that all program statndards are met, including State and SNF standards.
- Knowlege of the PDPM processes
- Ensures compliance with all data entry for PPS resource utilization and CPT coding daily.
- Monitor treatment minutes daily.
- Good communication with MDS and tracks assessment period data to include number of disciplines, treatment day / week, and daily treatment times.
