What are the responsibilities and job description for the Organic Farmhand Opportunity position at NORWESTA?
We are seeking a part-time farm worker to join our team at Norwesta. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting with daily operations, including but not limited to:
- Seeding and harvesting crops
- Facility maintenance and repairs
- Maintenance of farm tools and machinery
In addition to these tasks, you may also have the opportunity to grow your own food for personal use. We offer bonuses/commissions on sales in addition to part-time wages.
The ideal candidate will have experience with organic farming methods, simple construction and repair, and maintenance of farm tools and machinery. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
