What are the responsibilities and job description for the Automotive Building and Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance position at Nourse Automotive Group?
The Nourse Chillicothe Automall is currently seeking a full-time Building and Facilities Cleaning and Maintenance staff member to ensure the cleanliness, maintenance and working order for the facilities located in Chillicothe Ohio.
Responsibilities .
Ensure the basic functions of systems including water, hygiene, electricity, HVAC to maintain a safe environment for employees and customers.
- Maintain and repair basic electrical and plumbing needs and oversee the up keep and cleanliness of all buildings, inside and out.
- Will ensure all building codes are upheld and adhere to OSHA building and safety requirements.
- Build necessary items upon request.
- Will perform snow removal of sidewalks and the parking areas
- Oversee the scope of work for contracted maintenance activities to include identifying and pursuing opportunities to optimize effectiveness and efficiency
- Maintain a maintenance schedule for all HVAC equipment and oversee filter changes and other maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
Projects may require working under time constraints to meet deadlines, extended ours and on occasion, weekends.
