What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Nova Consulting Concepts, LLC?
This is a remote position.
You will be the owner of these projects and the coordinator of activity driving and supporting projects primarily through MS Teams meetings and conference calls. This homebased role requires working within a dedicated GE Healthcare market with some potential overnight travel for internal training throughout the year.
While this is a remote role preference will be given to qualified candidates located within the Southeastern United States.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Acting as the primary liaison between GEHC and customer project teams with onsite support from Service & Sales.
- Identify document and communicate GEHC and customer responsibilities and deliverables as defined in the sales contract.
- Creation maintenance and routing of formal project implementation timeline with collaboration between the customer GEHC and contract resources.
- Maintaining accurate project milestone date accuracy creating visible and predictable project data for key business metrics and revenue forecasting.
- Regular tracking and communication of implementation progress including project kickoff regular status updates and project closure. This includes tracking of equipment delivery installation and testing.
- Identification escalation and resolution of issues which might affect customer satisfaction and GEHC operational targets.
- Manage the implementation team during clinical GoLive of the equipment.
- Participation in process improvement initiatives.

Education
Bachelors degree and at least 2 years of project management experience, or an Associates degree and at least 5 years of Project Management experience. Minimum 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
