Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their homes. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor clients' health status by observing changes in their condition and reporting them to family members or healthcare professionals.
- Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to care plans.
- Help with mobility assistance, including transferring clients from bed to wheelchair or assisting with walking.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and maintain accurate records of client progress.
Experience
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical environments and geriatrics is highly valued.
- Experience providing direct patient care is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
