Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm Monday – Friday
Operational and Administrative Responsibilities:
- Process any copy, print, scan etc. projects, as well as US Mail, FedEx, etc..
- Manage all conference room scheduling, food ordering, setups and breakdowns
- Manage and clean breakroom functions, including not limited to running/emptying dishwasher, making coffee, ordering / stocking supplies, wiping counters, etc..
- Stock and Recycle paper at all copiers and printers.
- Assist Law Firm Management and NOVA with various Administrative tasks
- Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times
- Exceed quality standards on all tasks while working independently
- Communicate effectively with Law Firm and NOVA Management

Strong Computer Skills: Proficient with Outlook, Work and Excel
Customer service oriented
Organizing and planning
Attention to detail
Prerequisites:
Daily access to reliable transportation
Clear status on drug screening, background check
Compensation:
Hourly Rate Overtime
3 Weeks Paid Vacation
