Novalink is looking for great candidates to join our growing team as Internal Support Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following job duties :
- Manage Internal Support Team including HR, Finance
- Responsible for weekly / monthly department report
- Ensure companys compliance with all regulatory and legal rules
- Ensure onboarding, offboarding process run smoothly and in timely manner
- Serve as first escalation contact for any HR / Finance related matters
- Review biweekly and monthly payroll and give 1st approval prior to processing them
- Review and approve AP related items
- Regularly review and escalate overdue AR with clients
- Review company's processes and workflows, make recommendation to improve the team's efficiency, recommend on trainings, benefits...to increase employees' retention
- Collaborate with other teams to grow clients, consultants through referrals, leads...
- Responsible for entire department's performance
- Responsible for other tasks assigned.
