Novant Health is seeking a Cardiology Advance Practice Provider (PA/NP) to join our Cardiac Electrophysiology Division. Prior Cardiology experience preferred in a highly motivated team player with the ability to multi-task. Under the supervision of our physicians, primary responsibilities of this position are to support both inpatient and outpatient populations with a variety of cardiac rhythm issues. Hospital work includes electrophysiology patient admissions, consultations, rounding, discharges, and education. This individual will also independently conduct outpatient clinics to assess and implement treatment plans for our arrhythmia patients across the Charlotte market. Responsibilities

Education: Master's Degree required
Graduate of an NCCPA accredited physician assistant or Nurse Practitioner program required
Experience: One to three years of experience working in cardiology preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current PA license in appropriate state required
NCCPA Certification and current DEA registry required
ACLS required
Additional Skills Required: Ability to successfully complete generic and department-specific skills validation and competency
testing. Ability to work with management team and physicians; demonstrated customer service skills,
interpersonal skills and communication skills.
