Primary Responsibilities
- Lead monthly SIOP process across Photonics: establish standard reporting, drive content and analytical outcomes.
- Leads the preparation of analysis regarding Cambridge Technology revenue, including weekly reporting for bookings, shipments, and backlog
- Analyze historical and current forecast sales data to enable accurate material forecasting and purchase decisions.
- Track key performance indicators and operations/sales metrics.
- BS degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Management, or related subject; MBA is preferred.
- 10 years progressive experience
- Exceptional analytical, and modeling skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Advanced MS Excel, PowerBi, Salesforce and Oracle/SAP required
- Demonstrated success in process improvement initiatives, including problem identification & mitigation
- Experience in discrete manufacturing, ideally low-volume, high-mix engineered to order environment.
- Excellent written, verbal, analytical skills; strong interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced unstructured atmosphere with minimal supervision
