You will be responsible for :
- Conduct On-Site Oversight : Regularly visit job sites to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to safety protocols.
- Adapt and Lead : Take on additional responsibilities as needed, showcasing your flexibility and leadership in dynamic environments.
- Champion Safety and Security : Oversee all safety and security aspects, ensuring a secure and compliant work environment.
- Craft Safe Work Plans : Develop and implement effective work plans that prioritize safety and operational efficiency.
- Manage Safety Records : Maintain detailed and accurate safety records and reports to support compliance and continuous improvement.
- Prepare Incident Reports : Create thorough incident reports when necessary, contributing to a proactive safety culture.
- Maintain Daily Site Safety Log : Keep a comprehensive daily log of safety and security matters, ensuring clear and accurate documentation.
