Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our Clients and managing the day-to-day operations of the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and administrative skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls, ensuring proper phone etiquette while directing calls to appropriate personnel.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
- Handle calendar management for appointments, meetings, and events.
- Support office management tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with clerical duties such as preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Windows software, MS Word, Excel, Email and Social Media
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling tools.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
