Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Cloud Support Consultant with expertise in AP, AR, GL, and PO modules to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to Oracle Cloud applications. Fluency in Spanish is a must to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Module Support: Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Cloud Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Purchase Order (PO) modules.
- Issue Resolution: Analyze and resolve issues reported by end-users promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Configuration & Optimization: Configure and optimize Oracle Cloud modules to align with business requirements and improve performance.
- Training & Documentation: Deliver end-user training and create detailed documentation, including SOPs and troubleshooting guides.
- Enhancements: Identify opportunities for system improvements and work with technical teams to implement enhancements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance and procurement, to address system-related challenges and implement solutions.
- Testing: Perform thorough testing of system configurations, patches, and updates to ensure quality and stability.
- Customer Interaction: Act as a liaison between technical teams and Spanish-speaking stakeholders to ensure effective communication and understanding.
- Monitoring: Monitor the performance of Oracle Cloud applications and recommend proactive measures to ensure reliability.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience as an Oracle Cloud Functional Consultant, with hands-on experience in AP, AR, GL, and PO modules.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish (verbal and written) and proficient in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud configurations, workflows, and system integration.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex issues and provide practical solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, or a related field.
