Job Title : NOVO Utensil Sanitation Manager

Position Overview :

As our NOVO Utensil Sanitation Manager, you play a pivotal role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. This position focuses on the meticulous cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen equipment, with a special emphasis on blenders and juicer parts, ensuring they are spotless and ready for use.
Key Responsibilities :
Equipment Cleaning :Wash, sanitize, and dry all equipment, particularly blenders, juicer parts, and other utensils used in the daily operations of the juice bar, coffee shop, and restaurant.Ensure all items are thoroughly cleaned to meet NOVO's stringent health and safety standards.Maintenance :Check equipment for any signs of wear or damage during the cleaning process and report any issues to the management for timely repairs or replacements.Organization :Organize cleaned utensils and equipment in designated areas to streamline the workflow for other team members.Maintain a clean and orderly dishwashing area, ensuring it adheres to health and safety regulations.Team Coordination :Deliver clean equipment directly to team members, ensuring a seamless operation during busy periods.Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding equipment availability and any cleaning or maintenance needs.Compliance :Follow all NOVO's safety and sanitation protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and adherence to hygiene standards.Inventory :Assist in keeping track of cleaning supplies inventory and notify when items need to be reordered.Skills and Qualifications :
Attention to Detail : Must have a keen eye for cleanliness and maintenance of equipment.Physical Stamina : Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks.Team Player : Good communication skills to work effectively within a dynamic team environment.Reliability : Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.Previous Experience : While not mandatory, previous experience in a similar role in a food service environment is advantageous.What We Offer :
