NOVOS FiBER is a local, customer-first fiber broadband company dedicated to providing high-speed internet service to communities that need it most. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be an integral part of our mission to bring reliable, high-speed fiber internet to underserved neighborhoods. In this role, you will engage with potential customers door-to-door, educating them about the benefits of NOVOS FiBER and converting leads into customers. You'll be the face of the company, building relationships within the community and showcasing why NOVOS FiBER stands out from the competition. \n- Actively canvass designated neighborhoods, building awareness and generating leads for NOVOS FiBER’s services.
- Present and sell our high-speed fiber internet service directly to residential customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of fiber internet and how NOVOS FiBER stands out from the competition.
- Meet or exceed weekly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to confidently address customer questions and concerns.
- Follow up with leads and maintain a relationship throughout the sales cycle.
- Report daily progress and submit sales data in a timely manner.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in direct or door-to-door sales (telecom or internet service experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
- Comfortable working independently and outdoors.
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers and act as a trusted advisor.
- Familiarity with technology and a passion for internet services is preferred.
- Must be able to walk/stand for extended periods and travel locally within your sales territory.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Salary : $70,000 - $125,000
