Our private practice was founded in 2004 and has since established a reputation for quality services and sincere patient care. We deliver primary care, hormone therapy, addiction therapy, and DOT Physicals.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary care management to patients in Dawsonville and surrounding areas.
• Expand on our existing patient base.
• Coordinate care between multiple specialists.
• Communicate with patients' referring physicians on treatment status.

Qualifications

• Unrestricted medical license to practice in Georgia.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a primary care physician preferred.
• Board certification in family medicine, internal medicine, or pediatrics.
• Extensive knowledge of medical and diagnostic procedures.
