We are looking for a Laboratory and Manufacturing Technician to support BI (biological indicator) and PCD (process challenge device) manufacturing, microbiological laboratory operations, and sterilization validation processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in microbiology or biomanufacturing who wants to develop specialized expertise in a growing field.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform BI and PCD manufacturing processes with precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Execute microbiological lab tasks, including microorganism culturing, pipetting, plate counting, serial dilutions, and growth media preparation.
- Prepare sterile solutions and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all manufacturing and laboratory activities.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safety-compliant lab environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field (preferred).
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a microbiology lab.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow standard operating procedures accurately.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and willingness to learn biomanufacturing processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.

Pay: $55,500.00 - $60,000.00 per year
