What You’ll Do
- Manage the full-cycle accounts receivable process, including invoicing, payment posting, and account reconciliation.
- Monitor outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies promptly and professionally.
- Generate and review A/R aging reports and provide updates to management.
- Build effective communication channels with clients regarding invoice discrepancies and inquiries.
- Resolve client billing disputes professionally to minimize late payments or cancellations.
- Oversee monthly price increases in collaboration with regional managers.
- Verify and communicate changes in pricing accurately and on time.
- Post payments, including checks and third-party payors, ensuring accuracy.
- Process bank deposits efficiently, resolving any discrepancies with clients.
- Identify opportunities to streamline A/R processes and enhance efficiency.
- Recommend internal control improvements to minimize errors or fraud.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 5 years in collections and accounts receivable
- Skills: Exceptional communication, organization and tech savviness (Microsoft Office & Adobe)
- Education: Hight School diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Motivation: Team player mentality, and strong work ethic
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills.
- Organization: Ability to effectively manage your time and tasks.
- Complete a background and drug testing
Training Requirements:
- Completion of Nozzle Nolen Orientation & Training.
- Ongoing training as identified by supervisors or HR.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift 10 pounds.
Schedule:
