- Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a long-term vision for infrastructure services, focusing on system reliability, performance, and efficiency.
- Foster cross-departmental partnerships to align infrastructure initiatives.
- Engage with leadership to prioritize infrastructure projects that support the organizations mission and enterprise-wide technology goals.
- Cultivate vendor relationships to maximize the value of technology investments.
- Contribute to the execution of IT goals and strategies, ensuring alignment with institutional objectives.
- Provide leadership in IT governance, infrastructure strategy, budget management, and strategic planning.
- Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Experience :
- 10 years of progressive experience in information technology.
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within a complex organization.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale IT initiatives and IT project governance.
- Technical Skills :
- Expertise in managing and implementing core infrastructure services, including endpoint management, computing, cloud, and data infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance organizational capabilities.
- Strong vendor negotiation and management skills.
- Certifications (Preferred) :
- ITIL, CISSP, CCNA, or equivalent industry certifications.
- Soft Skills :
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to address complex infrastructure challenges.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment with strategic goals.
- High level of integrity and ability to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership.

- Develop and manage technology services aligned with strategic objectives.
- Partner with leadership to set and execute short- and long-term IT goals, including budget planning and performance evaluation.
- Engage stakeholders to ensure technology solutions align with customer expectations and institutional needs.
- Oversee infrastructure teams, including networking and core infrastructure services.
- Manage budgets and human resources in collaboration with administrative leadership.
- Participate in IT senior leadership meetings and represent senior leadership as needed.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships within the institution.
- Represent IT leadership on operational and strategic task forces and committees.
- Consult with external technology experts to assess emerging IT trends.
- Foster relationships with national and regional IT organizations.
- Maintain strong partnerships with strategic IT vendors and agencies.
