- Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Process accounts payable (A / P) and accounts receivable (A / R) transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Perform bank reconciliations and assist in managing cash flow.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, including account reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Assist in financial audits by preparing documentation and responding to auditor requests.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies.
- Work closely with other departments to provide financial insights and support business operations.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the efficiency of financial operations.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in accounting regulations. Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in accounting (CPA Preferred).
- 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting setting.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems (ERP platforms).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
