Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to staff.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronically and physically.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Handle customer service inquiries, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
- Support the team with various tasks as required, including data entry and document preparation.
- Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Previous experience as a dental receptionist or medical receptionist is preferred but not required.
- Experience as a personal assistant or in an administrative role is highly valued.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with clients.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
