Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) - 7-8 Week Contract
Location: 100 W Queen St, Dallastown, PA, 17313
Shift Details:
- Hours:
- 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (30-minute meal break)
- 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (30-minute meal break)
- Guaranteed Hours: 32hours per week
Position Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center
- Certification: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Licensure: Active LPN/LVN state license in North Carolina
- Additional Requirement: Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or approved medical exemption
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including catheterization, tube feeding, and IV insertion, while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Conduct patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in rehabilitation settings to develop and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and document patient progress.
- Administer basic life support as needed and assist with critical care procedures.

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour
