About the Role
We are seeking experienced LPN for 8-week contracts in York, PA 1740. These positions provide an excellent opportunity to deliver personalized, one-on-one patient care in a home setting, supporting patients in their recovery and daily health management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients throughout their treatment.
- Perform routine checks of patients' vital signs.
- Ensure that patients take their medication.
- Assist doctors and registered nurses.
- Liaise with patients' families.
Qualifications Required:
✅ Active and unrestricted PA LPN License.
✅ Minimum of 2 year of LPN experience.
✅ Current BLS certification.
✅ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
