Job Summary
This position supports the plant by serving as the station's Daily and Outage Planner/Coordinator following a structured Work Management Program. The primary responsibility is to develop and implement detailed maintenance plans for the plant, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and LOTO protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing weekly and outage maintenance scheduling plans in collaboration with Operations and Station Managers.
- Creating detailed outage plans for inspection outages and overhauls.
- Ensuring all work is planned and executed in accordance with current safety procedures and LOTO protocols.
- Collaborating with various work groups to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Coordinating between contractors, consultants, and material suppliers on assigned projects.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Managing the site long-term maintenance plan to ensure equipment overhauls are performed within recommended frequencies.
- Supporting the planning and tracking of outage budgets and expenditures for cost control.
- Preparing cost control recommendations and work scope changes for plant management.
- Briefing senior management on outage status as required.
