Overview
NRI Industrial Sales is one of the largest surplus industrial equipment suppliers in North
America. With operations in the USA, Canada, and the UAE, we have established
ourselves as industrial asset recovery specialists — servicing a broad range of
industries.
We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator to join our team at our Delta,
Ohio warehouse facility. This in-person role is ideal for someone with 2 years of
administrative experience, who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within
a dynamic company. This role plays a vital part in our day-to-day operations and will be
actively involved in three main areas: HR support, administration, and safety
compliance.
We are also open to candidates who may not have experience in all areas but are
motivated to learn — training will be provided as needed.
What You’ll Do:
- Support HR processes, including maintaining and organizing employee
employee benefits, assisting with onboarding, and ensuring compliance with
internal policies as well as federal and state employment laws.
- Manage payroll processing, including tracking hours, bonuses, and benefits,
- Oversee OSHA and health & safety compliance by coordinating and tracking
documentation, and supporting the company’s broader safety culture.
- Manage day-to-day office operations: ordering supplies, managing office
professional.
- Prepare and format internal documentation, including SOPs, training
assist with employee communications and HR policy materials.
- Act as the main administrative point of contact for general staff inquiries and
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and partners, ensuring
the company at all times.
- Provide day-to-day support to the plant manager and work closely with both
operational initiatives.
Tasks and responsibilities may evolve over time as our operations and business
needs grow and change.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse,
is a strong asset.
- College diploma or university degree in Business Administration, HR, or a
- Familiarity or interest in HR management, OSHA, and regulatory compliance is
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools — especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
internal communication is a must.
- Excellent professional communication skills — both written and verbal — with
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a team-oriented mindset.
