Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about making a positive impact on individuals and families in need of support and guidance.

Duties

• Provide behavioral health services to clients
• Assist clients in accessing Section 8 housing assistance
• Offer mentoring and social work services to individuals in crisis
• Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients
• Manage crisis situations effectively and provide intervention as needed
• Coordinate childcare services for families in need
• Supervise and support clients through various challenges
• Utilize crisis management skills to address urgent situations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or related field
• Previous experience in social work, crisis intervention, or related field is preferred
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations and services is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
