We are currently seeking a Customer Journey Analytics Consultant to join our team in REMOTE, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Job Description/Day to Day Responsibilities
Develop and manage the data integration process from AEP to CJA
Develop and manage data views within Customer Journey Analytics
Perform analysis and comparison testing to validate data accuracy and insight
Work closely with cross functional teams to facilitate migration from Adobe Analytics to CJA

Skills
12 year experience as customer data consultant with exceptional track record in architecting and developing data flows, data mappings and data validation rules
Minimum 3 year experience architecting and developing integrations between AEP and CJA (Customer Journey Analytics) and Adobe Journey Optimizer
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills across various levels of organization
Expertise with Adobe Analytics is preferable

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is $62.12/hour - $68.40/hour. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
