Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (8-hour shifts-Flexible)

NTT DATA Services currently seeks Enrollment Coordinators- Call Center to join our team working remotely in the state of Arizona.
This is a CONTRACT Role only: Not a Direct Hire.
As a Contingent Supervisor in Revenue Cycle Cash Applications, you will oversee the daily operations of cash application processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in managing financial transactions. You will lead a team of cash application analysts and clerks, providing guidance and support to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.
Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring cash posting activities, resolving discrepancies, reconciling accounts, and ensuring timely application of payments.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, implement best practices, and enhance customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of revenue cycle management.
You should have experience in managing teams, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
This role is crucial in contributing to the overall financial health of the organization, ensuring that cash flow is maximized and accurately reported.
Required:
2 Years Leadership Role
Strong understanding of Microsoft products
3 years Revenue Cycle/Cash Flow Reconciliation experience
High School Diploma/GED
