Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding support to customers, ensuring all inquiries and concerns are handled professionally and efficiently.
- Call Management: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls daily, assisting customers and maintaining clear communication.
- Data Entry & Organization: Accurately log, track, and maintain customer data to ensure records are up to date.
- Timely Follow-Ups: Return all customer calls within 24 hours to maintain excellent service.
- Office Maintenance & Inventory: Keep the office space tidy, organized, and well-stocked, ensuring all supplies are replenished as needed.
- Errands & Personal Assistant Duties: Occasionally run errands to the post office or store as needed.
- Flexibility & Adaptability: Must be able to pivot with ease as the company grows and new platforms and processes are introduced.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Must be able to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving setting.
- Reporting: This position reports directly to the Office Manager and will assist with various administrative duties as needed.
