Regional Sales Representative (South Region) – Medical Sales Experience Required

CryoDose, the legacy brand, offers FDA-cleared cryotherapy and topical anesthetic products available at over 25,000 locations and online. Biodermis, acquired in 2022, designs and markets wound care and silicone scar management products, including the BIOCORNEUM SPF scar gel, serving patients in the U.S. and over 50 countries. Beutlich, acquired in 2024, provides topical anesthetic products for medical and dental professionals, with a range of delivery methods such as gels, sprays, and liquids. Together, these companies cater to a broad spectrum of healthcare needs, from cryotherapy to advanced scar healing and anesthetics.
Location: Remote (Must be located in Texas area, preferably Houston or Dallas)
Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Outside Medical Sales Representative responsible for driving the growth of our topical anesthetic product lines, which will be the primary focus of this role. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in medical sales, specifically selling to hospitals and physician offices. This role requires up to 50% travel and experience with distributors and strategic accounts. Strong leadership skills are essential for success in this position. The representative will collaborate closely with our Inside Sales Team, contracted sales force, and distributor partners to drive cohesive sales efforts and maximize growth. While topical anesthetics will be the primary focus, the representative will also be responsible for promoting other assigned products. This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
This is a remote position, but the representative must be based within their assigned region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Account Management:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Identify and establish relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals and physician offices.
- Manage and grow existing accounts while identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with contracted sales force and distributors to maximize sales and market penetration.
- Strategic Account Management:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with strategic accounts to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Develop customized solutions to meet the specific needs of strategic accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Territory Management:
- Travel up to 50% within the assigned region to meet with clients and prospects.
- Effectively manage the sales territory to maximize productivity and coverage.
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent the company and build relationships.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and product success.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales, with a focus on selling to hospitals and physician offices.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience managing strategic accounts.
- Experience collaborating with distributor partners, inside sales, and outsourced sales partners is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and mentorship.
- Ability to travel 50% of the time within the assigned region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
