Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Consultants
- Mentor Sales Consultants, equipping them with additional skills and training.
- Deliver results that foster exceptional Customer Satisfaction that are reflected in manufacturer scores.
- Build respect and trust with customers to develop strong relationships that last.
- Follow the proven processes that manage productivity and achieve results.
- Stay current on new products, features, accessories, and developments in the industry.
- Ensure attention to detail and daily follow-up using the dealership's Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).
- Maintain a high level of positive Can-do energy and support the team.
- Must be an excellent communicator with solid listening skills.
- Ability to work in and promote a team setting.
- Must maintain confidentiality and respect individuals' privacy, needs, and development

- Have automotive sales experience
