The Strategic Pricing Specialist at NIPG is a pivotal role, integral to driving profitability and market competitiveness through strategic pricing initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to managing and updating our pricing model, keeping pace with market trends, and performing specialized exception pricing analyses. The Strategic Pricing Specialist will work in close coordination with sales, supply chain, systems, and customer service departments, ensuring that pricing strategies align seamlessly with broader business objectives. The Strategic Pricing Specialist cultivates relationships throughout the organization and with customers to improve profitability and pricing processes. Criteria for consideration includes problem solving acumen, professional communication skills, excellent computer skills, ability to coordinate, organize, and multi-task projects.

- Prior experience in an estimating, sales, pricing, or related experience
- Strong foundation in understanding pricing, costs, consumer behavior, and general business acumen
- Ability to analyze data
- Demonstrated communication skills, written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 years in an estimating, sales, pricing, or related experience
- Experience in building products or manufacturing industry
- Experience with analysis or visual analysis tools – Excel, PowerBI, or similar
