- Payroll Administration: Responsible for processing pre-payroll and overseeing payroll administration tasks, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with the payroll/accounting department.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews and onboarding
- Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits programs.
- Training and Development: Assist with and Coordinate training sessions and workshops for teammate development.
- Teammate Compliance: Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Alternatively, four years of equivalent experience will also be considered. The following skills are preferred:
