Job Overview :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and excellent interpersonal abilities . This is a temporary 2-3 month contract position with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet visitors, manage incoming calls , and handle mail distribution.
- Order, organize, and monitor office and breakroom supplies.
- Coordinate catering, venue logistics, and support staffing for internal meetings and events.
- Assist with new hire orientations as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation .
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, NetMeeting, and Outlook).
Strong written and verbal communication skills .
Self-starter with a keen attention to detail.
